They must have some really inexperienced officers right now, my last order they nearly destroyed because they didn't look at the names clearly written on the front of the envelope & inside it too. They held them for a whole month & went on X mass holidays so some were exasperated by the time i got them. I wish they would employ botanists or horticulturalists & be given some degree of sensible flexibility to make decisions instead of follow the rule book like trained monkeys. Sorry Monkeys !
