Ina, Thanks for the suggestion. PictureIt! is indeed available for purchase, at prices ranging from $545 down to $15. The issue is that Microsoft stopped supporting it years ago, no upgrades, and the program is structured for vintage programs like Windows98. My computer runs on Windows 7 so there are compatibility issues. Too bad for me.
