Alberto, that is exactly what I felt about the whole subject. I prefer to use plants to drive them away than a load of old and greasy hair! I have learnt from a farmer nearby that the deer were illegally introduced into our small area of woodland by some selfish individuals. Quite incredible that this is tolerated as this area is just about the top spot for great gardens in France and earns its living thru garden visitors. Money seems to make some people think they can get away with anything.
