Rainlily question

Although some of mine do flower more in spring, and some from summer
onwards, I would say the blooming seasons for rain lilies starts early
in spring, with Z. verecunda starting in late winter, with the others
following from there on till late autumn. Right through summer time.
Is it different in the wild?
