Moving on .... I just got back from another plant trip to South Florida, and brought back two Hemerocallis imperialis. This is one that I haven't had before (I'm new to Hemerocallis, anyway) - I'd love to hear your experiences about this plant. My bulbs are massive - grapefruit sized, or nearly there. They had gotten hit by frost, and the leaves are mush - are they a dormant species, or will they grow new leaves now that they are in my plant house? I sure hope I spelled the name right! ;) Jude
