Hello, The Red Data list of South African plants lists plants in catogries ranging from Extinct to Vulnerable to Not Threatend. It is not a CITES list of plants that may not be sold or exported. The idea is that eventually ALL South African plants will be on this list. If you can get hold of seed of Gladiolus robertsoniae you can buy it with no fear of committing a crime. Regards to all.
