Dear PBSers,
It is that time again when I wail about my boring Allium
/Nectaroscordum. This is easy to grow, reliable bloomer and all very
similarly dull tan. There may be as many as three species formerly in
the genus Nectaroscordum, but 'eaten' by Allium not too long ago.

The PBS wiki shows a really nice example of A. siculum var.
dioscoridis taken by Alessandro Marinello.

	A lovely pale pink.

Farther along the pic of A. tripedale taken by Kathleen Sayce
is a rich hot pink.

Does anyone hybridize these? I assume their is a range of
colors possible from white to pink and red. I'd love to hear sources
of seeds or plants.

		Many thanks. Best Jim W.
