Fungus Gnats

The simplest and easiest way to get rid of fungus gnats is to sterilise your
soil. Like spraying an oxidate or H2O2 on the surface of the soil in the
pot. Does no harm to plants but gnats won't lay eggs and easily fixes
problem with little harm to us.
