Unknown Allium

Probably Allium togasii. I grow it--very hardy, seeds around, not 
terribly distinguished. Mine originally came from the the Onion Man's 
G.A.R.L.I.C (Growing Allium and Related Liliaciae In Cultivation??) 
society seed exchange, many years ago.
