Cyrtanthus

Jude,

I think dormancy is a very important part of a geophytic plants life cycle.  I've read from other experts that keeping plants evergreen that usually require a dormancy can eventually cause bulb death in some cases.  If anyone has anymore insight about this issue I'd love to hear it!

   Do your plants bloom reliably?

None of my Cyrt's go dormant, unless if let go dry. They are kept between 50 and up, degrees. I keep them slightly moist. They love it.
Best, Jude
