Another Mexican Mystery

Again, thanks to Mike for posting my pictures of an unknown bulb on 
the Mystery Bulb page. Any ideas on its identity would be 
appreciated. The plants grow in rocky soil in wet, mostly exposed 
areas, sometimes in standing water. They are scattered, with only one 
or two plants at any site. The flowers are around one cm in diameter 
and the total plants are up to about 30 to 40 cm. tall.
