No our seeds did not rot. At the end of the season I had only 2 species that did not germinate at all, and I sowed about 30 species. After writing the e mail last night I realised that quite a few of the species only germinated in mid winter (June for us), so I wouldn't panic yet! Have a look at your seeds - can you still see them in your seed trays?
