Spring Flowers

My deer don't like to get their noses down on the ground. They've
never eaten my Trillium hibbersonii but regularly browse the T
oregonum. Now you've got me worried. One munch of a mini, and it's
gone. I guess I'd better plop a wire basket over it.

I've just gone out to check - 17 flowers this year on a plant that
would fit on my palm.
