yellow squills in Passenger to Teheran

Gagea fits in the sense that the flowers are yellow. But it does not look at
all like a squill - it looks like a Hypoxis or a Sisyrinchium. 

I grow Gagea fibrosa and I've never noticed a strong fragrance. Does anyone
know if G. confusa is strongly scented? 

Let's keep looking.
