The key thing in all that goobledygook is the distinction between substantival 
names and adjectival names. All the rest is pretty close to standard ways of 
constructing words in Latin.

The difference (in English) is between "Miller's Beer" and "Miller Beer". Or to 
use a local reference, between "Nanaimo bar" (a delicious confection) and 
"Nanaimo's mayor".
