Agapanthus - recommend cold hardy cvs.

Dear Agapanthus growers,

This 'debate' about bloom-ability reminds me why I don't grow
any. I have tried a few now and then in pots and in the garden, but I
have never had reliable bloom and since the tender ones need to go
into a greenhouse, "non performers" tend to loose that space
eventually. I have never had one bloom in the ground here.

Can some one in a cold climate recommend a good blooming
Agapanthus for Zone 5 - Jim S? Ellen?
I do not have reliable snow cover.

CAn't grow everything! Best	Jim W.
