Looks like Habranthus robustus to me.
The one above is Ornithogalum tenuifolium, a very variable species across the whole of East Africa (originally divided into three subspecies but then sunk as there was no correlation between the forms and geography.

I've added to the Mystery Bulbs page a photo for David Maxwell of a 
Mystery Bulb he'd like help identifying:
