Smithiantha

For me, I only wanted the species. I found a mail-order nursery selling
them. But when I sent my order, I received substitutes instead. So to
avoid that frustration again I joined the Gesneriad Society to order
directly from their seed bank (I got everything I requested... no
substitutes!). I also acquired 1 rhizome of Smithiantha cinnabarina through
eBay and it has grown into a very nice young plant. The leaves are soooo
beautiful... I can't wait till it flowers!
