pbs Digest, Vol 84, Issue 15 re global warming

One member asks why the lowest temps for years if there is global  warming. 
The explanation is that global warming identifies the mean temperature  of 
the earth. It doesn't say that every spot is experiencing a rise at the same 
 time.  Whether or not one  believes in the claims of climate  change, 
everyone should be aware of what's going on.
