Hi, When we used to report when Amaryllis belladonna was starting to bloom Southern California was usually ahead of us. And now it appears central Indiana is ahead as well. My Scadoxus puniceus is in various stages of breaking dormancy including some that show nothing yet and others with the beginnings of the leaf or flower bud. In other years they have bloomed earlier, so perhaps all those days we had rain/overcast conditions have slowed them down.
