  Perhaps not this year!  And one must also consider the possibility of  
  freezing in transit.  I have both sent and received shipments that  
  were turned to mush.  At any rate, if you plan to plant it outdoors,  
  you should wait until your soil is thoroughly warmed up before  
  planting it out.  Perhaps April might be better.
