I was aware of high salt in cow manure, but not in horse manure. Mostly I use chicken manure on my perrenials. I don't have many outdoor bulbs because of the cold. When I moved to Oregon, I sent most of my South African bulbs to BX. Joyce Miller> Mary Sue
