I'm not sure how big of a city Woodville is but you can use also use a broker or a taxi service to pick up the parcels and have them taken to Greyhound and they will deliver also. You could also ask your exporter to pay for postage but it would be difficult for a foreign post off to arrange for postage from a US domestic address to another US domestic address. I don't think these services charge you for opening an account or for maintaining an open account. At least I have not been charged so far. You only pay when you use their service.
