N. cantabricus flos.

Hi Kevin:

I live in Orange County and grow lots of narcissus of all types. You 
should not have any trouble flowering your cantabricus. When did you 
repot them last? Maybe they are a little starved. It is still a 
little early for them to flower in our area.
