Susan,

By the looks of it is an "artistic" photo.  I think the flowers are 
Ornithogalum arabicum or something closely related by the look of it, 
arranged hanging downwards for effect etc against a tree "trunk".  I 
don't think it is a climber, but I am more than happy to be proved 
wrong as it would be rather impressive.
