I have found an easy way to read emails that are difficult for me to read. Usually they are html messages with tiny font. I click on "Reply". My email program includes the message in a reply, and shows it in a font that I can read comfortably. I don't actually send the reply, just use it to read the message. This might work also for run- on messages. Diane
