Lachenalis freeze tolerance

Here in our milder climate, lachs, massonias, Haemanthus, etc., are not
affected by mild frosts. However, heavy frosts, or if they get hit by a
couple of frosts, days in a row, will affect the leaves but not the bulbs.
Next season, they are back to normal.
