Hanburyana, the new publication from the Botany Department at the RHS, is now available for free download. Focused on horticultural taxonomy, and published annually at first, one of its regular features of particular interest will be to give descriptions of plants which have recevied RHS awards in the previous year. The first edition includes descriptions of award-winning plants in such genera as: Anemone, Arisaema, Aster, Banksia, Campanula, Celmisia, Scilla, Sternbergia, Trillium and many more including orchids. The first issue also includes a paper on Haemanthus and Scadoxus hybrids and a paper on a problem in the revised International Code of Nomenclature for Cultivated Plants. The whole 100 pages, or individual papers, are available for free download from here: http://rhs.org.uk/Learning/publications/… Graham Rice Milford, PA zone 5 - spring at last
