It is true that all tomato fertilizer is not created equal. Here in Florida they tend to be higher in nitrogen. Most of the farms in my area grow tomatoes or strawberries. Our soil is very low in nitrogen. I am currently using a fertilizer called Rootblast 2-1-2 for all my seedlings and bulbs. I add to that a dose of Dyna-Gro Pro-Tekt 0-0-3.
