Hi Gang,

I'm still pursuing my quest for pumice (not scoria). I used to be able to
buy it from Bob Smoley in Pennsylvania when I lived in that area. Is there
any
place to buy 4 cu. ft. bags, or even larger amounts? I would happily ask a
local nursery to special order it for me.

I do like scoria for some purposes--but pumice (1/4 inch or 1/2 inch) is a
wonderful soil component--as special as perlite and heydite in this rainy
climate.

Cordially,

Conroe Joe
Might rain tonight, lows near 50 F and highs near 60-65 F. If we can go
another 2-3 weeks without a major frost we'll be done with such worries for
the
year.
