Question Re: bulb potting compost

Question:
Is there a page/source/website, on which one can find the "formula" or 
"recipe"
for planting bulbs in pots and the technique for over-wintering
the bulbs in the pots?
I am learning such valuable info on this site and appreciate all
that I read. Thanks to all for making it available.
