Oxblood Lily, and L. squamigera

All my hybrid bulbs from Betty Doutt began blooming a couple of weeks 
ago.  Today I noticed the first scape of Lycoris squamigera popping up.  
They seem to do their thing when they get ready -- not necessarily when 
you want them to bloom or expect them.
