I contacted the nursery, and have been told they acquired it originally
as Scilla maderensis about 10 years ago. The best general photo of this
I can find with Google is at

The Google images button only gives a couple of close ups, but the
single leaf looks good.

Thank you for the replies, especially Mary Sue's archive quotes which I
would not have found. Maybe I should acquire both species.
