Crinum powellii flowers and breeding

Greetings,

just to add to the thread of breeding Crinum x powelii.

I have had around 10 plants bloom this season thus far each with  a minimum
of 3 spikes each. They are still blooming. I have tried to cross them with
various Crinum species every year I have had them and no seed set until this
season.

I have had one seed pod set on the plants. Should be interesting to see what
becomes of it. The pollen I used was from Crinum species and it amazed me
that the seeds actually set.

Although the pod is small it is setting, exciting news indeed!
