I have had a completely mysterious Lycoris bloom for me. Can anyone
identify it?

Thanks,

Okay, when I ordered various Lycoris from Jim Waddick, I had to
purchase at least 3 bulbs of several of the species. Here are a couple
of photos of one of the bulbs that just bloomed for the first time this
year, that came labelled as Lycoris radiata var. radiata. Several of
the other L. radiata radiata bulbs have bloomed this year or in
previous years and they all appear to be correctly labelled. (See photo
under Lycoris.) This particular bulb has bloomed at the same time as
one of the other L. radiata radiata bulbs (August 2004), but doesn't
look anything like it. In fact, I don't know what it is, and wouldn't
have known that it was a Lycoris. However, the leaves appear just the
same as several other Lycoris leaves and are also appearing now (Aug.
2004) along with several other Lycoris species' leaves. (See third
photo.) Does anyone (Jim Waddick?) know what this is?
