Mediterranean climates, etc

Hi Cynthia:
Your comments on the name of the R. bifida importer are
fascinating, this is the first time I hear about him. Interestingly, the
dark red form common in Texas ("oxblood lily") only grows in a single
location in the Province of Entre Rios. This may indicate this gentleman you
mention must have had a contact in that place.
What about true Mediterranean climate bulbs like (among hundreds)
Homerias, Gladiolus tristis, Romulea clusiana, Leucojum aestivum, etc., etc.
Kind regards
Alberto
