out-of-order wiki

I just looked at the wiki index and found that it is out of
alphabetical order because some people have left a space before they
typed the name, whereas most people began at the very beginning.

When a computer sorts names, all those beginning with a space go
first, in alphabetical order, then there is a second group with no
space, also in alphabetical order. Having a punctuation mark at the
beginning also causes a different sort, so we can end up with several
sets of alphabetical lists.

It doesn't make much difference now - it's easy to see all the names
because there are so few, but will make a difference when we have a
lot of pictures.
