Looks like a bulb fly.

A search on google.com
with the search string
amaryllis +"bulb fly"
turned up a number of hits, including one from NCSU, which said in part (including a few spelling oopses):

"Host Plants -
The narcissus bulb fly has been reported to infest amaryllis, daffodil, Galtonia, Flanthus, hyacinth, Iris, lilies, Leucofum, Narcissus, Scilla, tulips, and Vallota."
